who doesn't want the added benefits that we afford to customers who buy
wood in our showrooms.
To get the web pricing,
you can browse our online store and order samples or you can go to one
of our showrooms to get additional information and see samples, but you
must order from the web site or order by phone if you want the lowest
possible price.
What's the catch?
When you order your floor online...
1] The order must be paid in advance with a credit card (you are protected by your credit card company)

There is a 75.00 Delivery Charge for orders under 200 SF and shipping
charges outside our normal delivery zone.(Check our delivery zone page)
3] YOU must deal with the delivery man yourself and unload the product when it arrives.
4] YOU must deal with the manufactures directly if you have a problem with their products. (all manufactures warranties apply)

Return Policy: There is a 20% restocking fee and you must pay for
return shipping or drop off the product at one of our showrooms. All
credits must be charged back to the same card as you used when
purchasing the product minus the restock fee.
It's a small price to pay for the savings.

We offer FREE delivery hand-loaded into your rooms for
acclamation, a free cleaning kit and free "refill" cleaner for the life of your floor on any flooring purchase, (purchased in our showrooms), over $1000.00. Remember:
