Governing Values...

Over the years, because of the experiences we have gone through and the values and principles we have lived by for over a generation, we have compiled a list of governing values that direct the actions of our company in everything we do.

  

1 - We Provide Effective Products and Services  

We continually research our industry to find the best wood flooring and finish options and make them available to our clients. We develop quality improvement and training programs, which combined with our experienced craftsman, produce desired results.

2 - We Serve Our Clients 

Our clients are valued friends and we strive to contract and build strong lasting relationships. We deliver to our clients what they seek, effectively and efficiently. We will strive always to deliver more than we promise.

3 - We Produce Quality

We strive for excellence and take pride in our work and the products we sell. We would never provide you a finished product that we wouldn’t put in our own home. We will not sacrifice or jeopardize long-term reputation, integrity and viability on the basis of short-term benefit.

4 - We Are Responsive

We are quick to respond to the needs of our clients. We understand time is money and delays can be costly. We have procedures in place to meet the demands of tight schedules and ever changing circumstances.

5 - We Are Responsible

We take responsibility for the actions of all the people who work for us. If something we did or a product we sold doesn’t meet or exceed industry standards we will fix it. Our job is to make it right. We have all the proper insurances with adequate limits and carry products completed and operations for further peace of mind after the job is done.

6 - We Believe In Safety

We have an OSHA approved Safety and Hazardous Communications Manuel, which includes our safety mission statement. We practice safety and continually look for new hazards on the jobsite in relation to our work. Each employee is trained and experienced in safety related issues. Our clients receive information about the hazards of our industry in accordance with the Right To Know law. We strive for an injury free environment and our track record has been excellent to date. 

7 - We Give Back To The Community

We believe in Charity. We support local faith based programs including children’s outreach ministries. We know that our children will represent the future viability of our local community and our country and real change can only come through positive education programs. We provide jobs to people with disabilities. We work with Arc/Dc, The United Way and Integrated Employment Services to help integrate people with disabilities into our workforce. We support Literacy campaigns by sponsoring spelling bees in our area.
